Asus Z790 and ram slots -

Task manager say 1 out of 2 slots in RAM ram slot 13 or 24 i realized that if slot 1 and 3 make a channel while 2 and 4 make a channel, put the slowest ram rama66 slot DIMM slots 2&4 if you are using only two sticks of RAM I have mine in slots 1&3 Am I losing out on any performance for doing this?
